This course aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to analyze flow cytometry data with appropriate computational methods. The program will include lectures, where the evolution of multiparametric flow cytometry and its application to important biomedical fields will be illustrated, and interactive sessions in an informatics room where each participant will analyze flow cytometry files, by applying different analytical tools under the supervision of mentors. The areas covered during the course will include infectious, autoimmune and tumor diseases, as well as particular applications, such as the study of microvesicles.

Teaching methodology:
lectures and seminars, dry lab (individual activities under the guidance of tutors, in an informatics room).

Number of participants: 30

Location:

Università degli Studi di Milano
Via Santa Sofia, 9/1
Piazza Sant’Alessandro, 1
20122 Milano

Referents and contacts:

Prof. Domenico Mavilio – Prof.ssa Silvia Della Bella
citometria.biometra@unimi.it
www.linkedin.com/in/flowcytometryacademy-unimi

Course Language:

Italian

Admission application:

You can register at the link: click here

Accessible from the 12th of April 2025 to the 14th of July 2025.

Registration fee:

616,00 € VAT included

On request, travel and hotel reservation can be managed by Materia Prima.
